When you catch Callidora in a good mood, you’ll actually quite like her. She’s charming, polite, friendly. She can make conversation with you with whatever you want. She takes into consideration your feelings and won’t shoot her mouth off like she’d prone to some times. Callidora can be fun to be around, willing to go with the flow, or suggesting something that may seem impulsive. She’s protective of her friends and brothers, don’t try to get her to do something that will hurt them. This side of her is the reason why people are so surprised when she’s in a foul mood.
If she’s in a dark mood, it would be best not to infuriate her anymore. She tends to bring up anything that you’ve done to her before, no matter how small it is. She holds grudges, and isn’t afraid to let you know it. Callidora is somewhat of physical person when she’s angry, smashing things, slapping people, insulting their families. HISTORY:
Vesper Nott and Lysander Scamader. A Slytherin and a Ravenclaw. The two did not have much contact during their earlier years at Hogwarts. It was only in their last year of education that these two got thrown together. Vesper was announced as Head Girl, a surprise to many, while Lysander was Head Boy. These two were to work together, ensuring peace and whatnot within the Prefects and students. It could have gone another way altogether, if Lysander had chosen to believe the rumours about Vesper, that she was cold, fussy and difficult to work with. As it turns out, Vesper and him worked well together, so much so that he found himself falling for her. Vesper too, developed feelings for the Ravenclaw, but was not willing to put herself out there.
But it was one fateful day when they were both in the prefects common room that Lysander blurted out his feelings for her and asked if she would be willing to be in a relationship with her. After a few hesitant moments and lots of struggle within herself, Vesper said yes. Their relationship caused a strain between Vesper and Valerius, who was Vesper’s twin brother. It wasn’t serious, they were still on talking terms. Vesper didn't find out about Val's one night stand with Sierra, nor does she have clue she has any other nieces or nephews.
Lysander proposed when they were twenty. Valerius started dating Serena, Sierra's younger sister. A few years later, she was pregnant with twins. And this is where Callidora’s story began. She was the first child born to the Scamaders, and the only female. She supposed this was because both her parents were twins. As a child, Callidora was loved by her mother, being the only female. Her father treated all his children equally, but there was no doubt that Vesper favoured her daughter.
It was no surprise to her mother that her pair of twins grew close to each other. She did warn Callidora about being too dependant on her twin brother, speaking from her own experience. Callidora grew up hearing stories about Hogwarts, the various people whom she should take note not to offend or befriend. Callidora didn’t show signs of magic at all, but she was always reading whatever she could get her hands on. That pleased her father, and it was because of that, that Lysander hoped his daughter would go into Ravenclaw. But no, when it was her time to go to Hogwarts, Callidora and her twin brother followed their mother into Slytherin. The two were ambitious, perhaps the reason why they were sorted there. There was no doubt they were intelligent as well, how could a child of Lysander and Vesper not be brilliant?
In Slytherin, Callidora made a group of close friends. Medea Gibbs, who was somewhat the leader of their tro. And Warrington. She also made a couple of enemies, no surprise there, one of the Shacklebolts. There was nothing too serious until the end of their sixth year. By then, Callidora was only too glad to have something to occupy her mind from her impending NEWTS and deciding what to do with her future.

Vesper wasn’t stupid; she could tell that both of them got along well enough, they had chemistry as some people might put it. They weren’t fighting over every single thing. That might have happened if it was some other Slytherin girl with him. The thought of that brought a most uncomfortable emotion out in her. She knew what it was, of course. Merlin, she was getting jealous? She didn’t think anyone else fancied Lysander, not that she knew of. Why wait until someone else had him to be resentful? Why couldn’t she just jump right into a relationship with him right now? He’d asked her, hadn’t he? How many times would she get someone telling her that he would give everything he can to her?
Vesper’s thoughts were doing a complete roundabout from her earlier ones, which was normal when it came to Lysander. The brunette could usually make up her mind and stick with it. She thought it would be best for her to tell him that she needed to think about it. But did she really? Since they started working together, he’d been occupying her thoughts. What was stopping her? No one blinked an eye when Valerius and his group of friends decided to be man whores. Why couldn’t she just be with Lysander? It helped hugely that Lysander stood up at that moment and told her that he wasn’t joking about. Vesper knew he wasn’t. He wasn’t a reckless person.
His arms took hold of her again and this time, Vesper didn’t hold back. She cupped his face, kissing him slowly, deeply. “Of course you’re up to my standards.” She murmured, hugging him after she broke off the kiss. “It might just be the other way round.” She couldn’t help but add. Vesper was, despite appearances, a rather insecure person inside. Still, the brunette’s face broke into a smile. She had made up her mind. And it felt good. She tried not to think about how bad things happened whenever she was happy. It was just her, being over sensitive and thinking too much.
