PERSONALITY:
Julia is one that fears anything she has not planned out. A random conversation with a random person? No. Never. She starts stuttering because she has no idea as to what to say. Even with her friends, before she speaks she plans out what to say. She's that girl carrying around conversation starter note cards. Talking to the cute guy? Hell no. What if he doesn't like any of the topics she has on notecards? That will just be disastrous and awkward. Two things Julia hates being. The girl can not even let loose and have a good time. It would take a large amount of convincing to ever do such a thing. Even then, she's still completely hesitant about anything and everything. She basically fears life.
Despite being hesitant, around her closest friends she would most certainly be the biggest pushover in the world. Ask a favor of her that seems sketch? Her answer will sound something along the lines "O-o-okay?". She never wants to look stupid, she wants look like she has everything figured out. The issue with that is that everyone else seems spontaneous and wild next to her. Sometimes the girl cares too much and in the end is usually left in the dust. She can't bring her self to say when someone has let her down. She doesn't ever plan on somone to let her down, it just happens. And if it's not planned she has no idea what to say.

HISTORY:
Milo Fitch and Cerria Colorafi knew what they wanted in life. Even before meeting each other they both knew that they would become healers by the time they were twenty-seven. Then they would be married to somone by the time they were thirty. How lucky they both landed jobs at St. Mungo's. One coffee break and the two decided to sit next to each other in a rather crowded cafeteria. After that everything flew into motion. They met as interns at the age of twenty-one, married at twenty-seven and then it was one child, a beautiful baby girl. These two knew exactly how many kids they wanted, 3; one girl, one boy, and one surprise. In that order.
Unfortunately, the surprise did not come last. It came second. Twins. Which screwed their plans a bit. This was not a single surprise like they wanted, it was two. On the plus side they had their boy, their girl, and the one that could be either. Julia came a few minutes before her brother. Two years later they had their final kid, who was suppose to be their third, and they landed a boy. The four of them had schedules, lists and lists of chores, everything they ever did and had was planned. While the boys seemed happy to run about and take advantage of their free time the most, Julia was the one that followed her parents' orders as if her life depended on it.
Eventually her sister was off to Hogwarts and the only thing that changed was more chores for the three others. Unfortunately for the youngest Fitch, when Julia and her twin left for their year he got stuck with all their chores. The twins were placed into completely opposite houses. Her brother in Slytherin and herself in Hufflepuff. The girl had been lectured by her mother on how she was suppose to get a high position in the Ministry and become successful without the help of anyone else. She would never need to rely on a man to "bring home the bacon". And so far, after seven years of Hogwarts and top marks, Julia has kept that promise to her mother.
